'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started from a simple vision: introducing true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi household in 1985, our small-scale family restaurant originated with handed-down recipes across several generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during an Italian sojourn, gaining insights from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza took its initial breath. After returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate Italian pizza's enchanting flavours, sticking to age-old techniques and the most exceptional ingredients.
Our quaint 12-seater pizza shop has evolved into a cherished community favourite, yet our pledge to excellence and originality remains steadfast. We continue to embrace the wood-fired oven tradition, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and seek out the premium substances available.
Currently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still run by the Rossi tribe, with the family's second generation at the helm of a devoted crew. Although we've adopted certain contemporary advances, our core ethos endures: making luscious, genuine pizzas that unite people.
